Roast Beef and Gravy


What is your easiest and most loved recipe?  This one is a close first at our home.  It is so simple and easy but so delicious that everyone begs for more!  I love making this roast beef and gravy for Sunday lunch.

Roast Beef and Gravy

1 boneless beef chuck roast (3 pounds), 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 cup beef broth, 1 envelope onion soup mix

Cut roast in half; place in a 3-quart slow cooker.  In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast.  Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meat is tender.
