Sour Cream Coffee Cake

 

This is one of my all time favorite morning treats!!  I love this coffee cake because it so moist and very easy to make.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients:  1 box butter cake mix, 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 cup sugar, 4 eggs, 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 teaspoons cinnamon with 2 tablespoons sugar

Mix together cake mix, oil and sugar and beat.  Add eggs, beating after each.  Stir in sour cream with spoon.  Add vanilla.  Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.

Sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.  Pour remaining batter in pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
