Christmas traditions remind us of family. It is the history of things remembered from our childhood to adulthood. My favorite Christmas tradition is my Grandma Broz’s sugar cookies. She would make them every year and they were thin and crispy and we would dip them in coffee. Of course, the tradition has continued as my mother now makes them for Christmas and an occasional Valentine’s treat as well. I have made them several times myself and I will pass this tradition along to my children. The best gift we can give our children are traditions that involve relationships, these are the memories that they will remember and cherish. And of course, food brings everyone together.
Wishing you and your family a blessed Christmas this year as we celebrate the birth of Jesus!
Luke 2:11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.
